Existing Projects

We are currently working on several projects across the UK. One key project local to us, is the Chichester strategic land availability assessment. Our planning team have mapped the whole district searching for potential development sites. These sites have been cross referenced with local plan designations and proposals, and from this a number of development opportunities have been identified.

Horizon are now in discussion with several land owners to look to promote these sites for development. Our arrangements with the landowners include joint partnerships, option agreements and purchasing. We have already taken forward one site as a planning application for development, with a positive outcome expected.
